Alliances Manager

​The Role:

• You’ll be managing a dynamic sales team made of 5x Account Executives and 5x

• Account Development Representatives based in fast paced office environment

• Working with the C-level stakeholders internally to own the sales strategy, coaching and performance management

• Implement a structured sales process to help the team to generate new business

The Ideal Candidate:

• You will need to have strong communication skills and the ability coach the best results from the sales team

• You’ll be able to drive change and work in a dynamic tech start up environment

What You’ll Get:

• £60,000-£70,000 Base salary + Double OTE

Process:

• 2 stage remote interview process:

• 1st stage is a telephone interview with the CRO

• 2nd stage is a face to face interview with the CRO and board members
