​Account Manager

The Role:

  • Your role is to manage well known retailers across UK and Europe

  • You will be a strategic partner to these clients, advising them on how best to utilise the SaaS platform.

  • You will become a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts.

  • Day-to-day you will be analysing performance and see where they can improve to ensure they have success on the platform.

  • You will be looking after around 25-30 key accounts – Tier 1 retailers

The Ideal Candidate:

  • You will have 2-3 years experience in a Customer Success or Account management role

  • You will need to be analytical and data driven

  • You need to be a team player, sociable and easy going

  • Fluency in a European language would be beneficial ideally French, German or Spanish.

What You’ll Get:

  • £40,000-£45,000 plus £10,000 OTE

 

Process:

  • 1st stage – telephone/video call with VP Account Management

  • 2nd stage – video/face to face meeting with VP Account Management

  • 3rd stage – meet the team and a practical task

  • 4th stage – speak with one of the founders
