​VP Marketing

The Role:

  • This is the VP Marketing role globally

  • You will be marketing to mid-market and Enterprise clients in the US. This is all B2B

  • You will manage the existing team of 2 which includes Product and Social but also tasked with growing the team to 3 or 4 across the disciplines

  • The budget to manage will be around $500k

  • The role function will be to increase marketing effectiveness and accelerate the marketing both inbound and outbound

  • You will need to look at branding/messaging, lead flows, lead nurturing models, lead scoring, the metrics they use, ABM, SEO and even content if you are going to be successful

  • You should be based from London

The Company:

  • A start up in the MarTech space

  • They plan to exit in 18 months to 3 years

  • They grew 50% in 2020 and plan to grow 67% this year

  • They are profitable and have grown organically

  • Equity is included

The Ideal Candidate:

5 years leading marketing for a B2B SaaS business.

  • Ideally from a martech background.

  • Must have done marketing for a business that sells to mid-market or Enterprise for this role

  • You should be hands on around demand gen, SEO and marketing automation
