Managing Partner
The Role:
This is a role as a Managing Partner working with Enterprise clients in the Fortune5000
Your role will be to speak to the c-level stakeholders to educate and evangelise the model they are providing
Building relationships with these brands will be key to increasing the revenue and client base in EMEA
You can be based remote anywhere in the UK
This will involve working closely with the consulting organisation to hand hold clients through the process
If successful this role can build a team underneath as you will be one of the early members of the team
Typical deals for the business are around $1.5m but can be more
You will be a key hire for the US business and instrumental in the growth and success as they look to exit/IPO
The Company:
Pre-IPO Management Consulting business with plans to exit or IPO in the near future
A chance to be one of the early members of the team in the EMEA heading up the Partner function
You will create a unique business and the narrative for the business
There will be equity for this person as you set up an enterprise and business in the EMEA
They are backed by a large, well-known Venture Capitalist
The Ideal Candidate:
15 years+ in consulting positions.
Ideally from a Big 4 background, advisory form or IT Services firm
You should have experience with Enterprise clients in the Fortune 5000
Ideally you will have relationships in Retail, CPG, Healthcare, Banking/FS or Logistics
Someone who is an evangelist and can do an educational sell while hand holding clients through the process
What You’ll Get:
Basic Salary: £150,000-£200,000 and maybe more for the right person
There will a strong OTE too for the right candidate
Equity and benefits is also part of the package
