The package on offer: £84,000 basic salary / £50,000 OTE
The Role:
Managing an SDR team across EMEA and APAC of 5 initially and growing to 10.
Your role is to hire, coach, develop and lead this team to success.
You will be setting and executing targets to achieve overall revenue goes.
This role is essential to the success of the enterprise sales team and you will be a senior member of the leadership team.
The Company:
Valued at $1billion - aiming for a $2billion valuation in 5 years
Top 20 in Deloitte's Fast 500
Just hit 500 employees and aim to have 750 by the end of the fiscal year
Clients include Domino's - you will definitely have seen their product telling you when you're pizza is going into the oven!
The Ideal Candidate:
You must have at least 2+ years of experience managing and scaling SDR teams within SaaS companies (they will also consider SMB or Mid-Market sales managers who have strong lead generation experience).
You must have 5+ years experience within Mobile or SaaS technology.
You need to have a proven track record of developing success SDR teams.
Ideally, you will come from a Customer Experience (CX) or Customer Journey SaaS company.
You need to have worked for a business with 500+ employees.
It is beneficial if you have been with a company through acquisition.
