Client Account Manager
The Role:
You will be responsible for selling a best in class Supply Chain Risk Management SaaS solution.
This is a remote role and you can be based anywhere in the UK.
In this role you will inherit between 15 - 20 existing spending accounts.
You will be responsible for growth and retention within these accounts and act as the primary relationship owner.
You will identify needs and consult on best practices to ensure clients receive maximum value from your services.
You will have a deep understanding of the organisation’s products and services and the benefits that it can offer to your client base.
You will work closely with each client to deliver tailored solutions, ensuring they are delivered in line with their needs. You will manage both internal and external stakeholders to ensure timelines are met.
Cultivating and maintaining ongoing customer relationships by assessing customer needs, understanding business requirements, and managing overall expectations.
You will work closely with active and dormant clients to implement supply chain risk management solutions for business growth.

The ideal candidate:
5+ years of Account Management/ Customer Success within a Saas business delivering complex solutions to ensure high level client retention and growth.
A proven track record in meeting sales targets.
A proven track record in promoting and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Prior experience selling Supply Chain / Procurement SaaS solutions is a huge plus.
What You’ll Get:
£65’000 - £75’000 base salary
Total package of £100’000 - £125’000
