Business Development Representative
The Role:
In this role you will play a vital role in creating and defining the BDR strategy of the organisation
Recruit and lead a team of 6 Business Development Reps
You will coach, develop and support the team in order to achieve success
You will be responsible for measuring and reporting indicators to drive BDR performance and team behaviours
Work closely with marketing to drive an industry leading outreach approach, communications and content
The Company:
Market leader within the corporate LMS space
YOY growth of 30% whilst maintaining 30% profitability. Recent PE funding to enable growth and acquisition of other companies to bring in to their umbrella
Dynamic sales environment, team events, top performer awards etc.
The Ideal Candidate:
In this role you will have previous experience managing a team of SDR, BDR professionals
You will need to be commutable to Nottingham
Previous experience working in a SaaS company
What You’ll Get:
Basic Salary: £50,000-£55,000 with an OTE of £80'000
6% pension match, 25 days holiday (option to buy additional 5 days), cycle to work scheme, free gym membership, employee assistance programme.
