Global Account Director

​The Role:

  • You will be the first Global Account Director in the company

  • Player Manager role: split your time between managing/ growing the AM team and expanding existing enterprise accounts the company has.

  • Management of 2x AMs based in Copenhagen

  • Hire 3x more AMs for the team across different countries

  • This role has global scope. You are expected to lead by example!

  • As Account Director you will develop and manage the company's account management function, strategy and framework on a global scale. You will have the leadership of their global account management team and be a part of the International commercial management team.

  • They have an untapped portfolio of 500 customers which you will be in charge of: you will need to figure out where to spend your time. You will need an analytical/ strategic approach for this.

  • Report into the CCO

The Company:

  • First to-market in their space and a great reputation in the market

  • Won several awards for their solutions

  • They were 40 employees in 2018 and are now 130 globally with further growth

  • They quadrupled their revenue every year so far

  • Heavily VC backed by leading investors with well-known names

  • Heavily backed company that secured $35M in funding so far

  • Amazing commission structure. One person closed a €50k deal and received €150k commission for that one deal

  • Professional on-boarding scheme for two weeks

The Ideal Candidate:

  • AM/NB around complex SaaS solutions - international level - enterprise level (10k+ licences)

  • SaaS Start-up/ Scale-up experience

  • Some team management (direct or indirect reports)

  • Top down approach in sales - start with the main stakeholder

  • Can do sales via video

What You’ll Get:
