To source our candidates, our ‘raw material’, we advertise all our vacancies at no cost to our clients, in keeping with our ‘no placement no fee’ method of working. Indeed, we spend a small fortune on advertising in the national Press, industry specific media and a multitude of internet job boards and on our own website.
Alongside this, we utilise our vast network of contacts at all levels across the IT industry and benefit from many referrals from candidates and clients alike. When the need arises, we also head-hunt to source the best people.
Upon receipt of hundreds of CV’s, we begin our stringent vetting processes with the aim of building a ‘stockpile’ of the best candidates on the market. After an initial qualifying telephone call, we will then proceed to ‘book the candidate in’ as we consider a face-to-face meeting to be the best way to match client and candidate requirements.
