Partner with Sales to understand the critical problems customers are trying to solve, and answer any technical questions as part of the pre-sales process
Translate customer pain points into solutions
Define the scope of work to deliver that solution

Ideally, you will have 3-5 years in Complex SaaS / API's within a B2B Software environment
Commercially and data focussed
The customer-facing experience will be essential, across gathering requirements, designing and delivering complex technology solutions
A disciplined project management approach & ability to deliver against deadlines
An ability to understand technical concepts & communicate with highly technical individuals
Ability to handle difficult conversations and resolve conflict
Familiar with using and supporting complex APIs
