Our client seeks a full-time Solutions Engineer to join their team in London, where you will bridge technical team with sales, account management and client success team to facilitate technical adoption, sales, and the company’s strategic road map.
Provide technical knowledge as part of the sales and account management process which can include – set up custom demos, attend meetings, web projects, email marketing campaigns, integrations, and workflows based on understanding client needs.
Listen to client requirements and create a tailored journey.
Understand requirements and workflows for key verticals within professional services – legal, consulting, accounting, financial services, etc.
Bridge technical team with sales, account management and client success team to facilitate technical adoption, sales, and the company’s strategic roadmap.
Support technical employee onboarding and help plan training & development.
You will prepare cost estimates based on technical requirements.
You will maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
