SDR Manager

Sales Development Management position - Based Central London. You will be responsible for managing an existing team of 7x SDR's/Inside Sales Exec's who focus on outbound new business prospecting to mid-market commercial organisations.

The Role:

  • Sales Development Management position - Based Central London
  • You will be responsible for managing an existing team of 7x SDR's/Inside Sales Exec's who focus on outbound new business prospecting to mid-market commercial organisations.
  • Responsible for hiring, training, coaching, empowering the team, weekly 121’s, career development plans, developing playbooks and essentially creating a fun culture of strong achievers.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • MUST have a minimum of 1 yrs + as SDR Management or SDR/Inside Sales Team Lead - looking to take the next step up.
  • MUST have experience in the SaaS space coming from B2B high growth organisation.
  • You should be a strong motivator and have a real passion for developing others through career progression.
  • Based Central London

  • £50k-£60k basic salary + 30% bonus + stock options
