This Global FinTech vendor is looking for a client-focused Relationship Manager to join their over-achieving team.
This is a Relationship Manager role, servicing low-spend, high volume global clients in order to maintain retention as well as cross and up-sell within the client accounts.
You will be responsible for positively impacting revenue retention across Global Accounts and influence new sales via referrals and identifying areas of new opportunities within your client book.
You will need to be client-focused, a strong relationship builder, and love working with people.
As the client’s direct point of contact, you will also be responsible for feeding feedback back to other areas of the business, such as sales, marketing and product.
You will be working closely with the Customer Success team to drive engagement and product adoption and collaborate across teams to drive revenue.
This client is looking for someone who has the drive to succeed, and they have the view to progress this role into a more senior position in 12-18 months.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have 1 year or more in a client-facing B2B position – Ideally from a client services background.
