Regional Sales Manager – Germany

Our client is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to join their team to cultivate and close new business sales relationships at an Enterprise level.

The Role:

  • Regional Sales Manager, ideally you will be based in or around the Hamburg or Dusseldorf area.
  • Identify, cultivate and close new business sales relationships at an Enterprise level.
  • You will have the full support and work closely with Pre-Sales Engineers within your region.
  • Collaborate with various departments to maximise opportunities across your territory – Marketing, SDR’s,
  • Corporate Account Executives & Country Managers etc.
  • The role will involve the strategic management of existing partners.
  • You will be comfortable closing deals of €200K upwards
  • Ideally, 5+ years experience in security / cyber security ideal.

The Interview Process:

  • Initial telephone Interview
  • Zoom with other RSM’s, Sales Engineers to get a feel for the role, business culture
  • 30/60/90 day play with VP of EMEA
  • Final Interview with Senior VP of WW Sales
