This client is an Enterprise software vendor in the Data space, looking for a Presales consultant to join their successful and well-established team.
This is a classic presales role and you will be supporting 4 sales guys in France.
You will be part of the initial meeting with new prospects and demonstrate and present the software to them.
Do Proof of Concept - depending on prospect's requirements.
You will be covering France and some territories in EMEA.
The software is sold across different verticals and they have big name logos in finance, banking, insurance, media and pharma as well as other sectors.
Average deal sizes for them are €300k - €1M and take around 6 months or more to complete.
You will be based in Paris for this role and you are expected in the office unless you are with clients.
For this role, it is essential that you have an understanding of JAVA as the tool is a Java application that includes a Java API in order to customize or enrich the tool capabilities. During the presales process, they use the API to adapt the tool to match their prospects' requirements.
You will need previous experience in a pre-sales role or a consultant role around software.

The Interview Process:
First stage: Skype Interview with the Head of Presales including a short 10-minute presentation of software you have worked with or are working with at the moment.
Second stage: Call in English to assess your English language skills.
