Marketing Manager DACH - Enterprise Software

You will be the only marketing manager in the DACH region and closely collaborate with another marketing manager based in Dublin. Responsibilities will be shared between the two of you.

The Role:

  • You will be the only marketing manager in the DACH region and closely collaborate with another marketing manager based in Dublin. Responsibilities will be shared between the two of you.
  • You will work very closely with the regional sales team, pre-sales, the EMEA marketing campaign team as well as the business development team.
  • In this role you will market more than software solution as the company provides a suite of product. It is important that you have experience marketing different products within an enterprise.
  • You will be in charge of the full marketing mix including field marketing, account based marketing, digital marketing, partner marketing, campaign execution and lead generation.
  • Management of the regional marketing budget will be your responsibility
  • You will be targeted on number of Marketing-Qualified-Leads, opportunities created for the sales team on a quarterly basis.
  • You will also get some annual goals to achieve outside of the normal responsibilities. This could be a specific project around digital for example.
  • This role is based in Munich and you are required to be in the office a few days per week. They do offer flexible working so working from home is fine a couple of days per week.
  • Some travel will be involved in this role, a few days per month you may be travelling to events or to Dublin.

  • Through these acquisitions they extended their product range significantly and they offer a suite of different products including Business Intelligence, Big Data, Analytics, API Management, Data Virtualisation and IoT
  • Progression to Senior Marketing Manager and then Marketing Director if you do well in this role

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 5+ years B2B Marketing experience at a software vendor (ideally an American vendor)
  • Solid backgrounds in events
  • Experience marketing more than one solution within a company
  • Knowledge of Salesforce.com
