Implementation Consultant | Ed-Tech | London (remote)

My client is fast becoming the leader in Education Tech. With offices in Mainland EMEA & the US, they are now looking to expand their London based team with an Implementation Consultant. Based remotely in or around the London area,  you’ll be responsible for hosting Technical Deep Dives with clients IT teams to consult and advise on system configurations, data integrations and SSO authentication. You’ll also be working with client success teams to test and troubleshoot any technical issue that arise during the implementation process.

The Role:

  • Implementation role focused on integrations for enterprise level clients.
  • Client facing role working on site for a large part of the time.
  • Address all  client technical issues/ queries.
  • Work cross departmentally to ensure all implementations are successful.
  • The role will be based remotely from London and will involve travel to events & client site etc.   
  • Ideally, you will have a minimum of 5 years technical consulting experience (any HCM is a huge plus!)
  • Solid exposure to APIs and SQL (SSO a bonus)
  • Has experience overseeing multiple implementations simultaneously.  
  • You will have excellent communication skills.
  • You will based in or around London.
