Our client is a provider of IT training and certifications for IT professionals and management, seeking a Head of Sales to join their team!
Head of Sales role.
Looking for a minimum of 3 years in a Management role of an enterprise team selling services.
Based on the London office.
Managing the sales team and sales managers who report into you directly.
Responsible for the overall revenue target for the year.
Reporting directly into the Managing Director.
Running an overall sales operation of 20 people +.
Head of Public Sales who has 7 direct reports, reports to you.
Supply Management & Partnerships director reports to you.
11 solution sales guys report to you.
There is also an inside sales team who do not report directly to you however are part of the overall team
Target is circa £3 million a quarter
Working with the Marketing Team to help develop the market perception of the company
You will be involved in some of the higher end deals, working with some of the biggest clients. Attending sales meetings with the External Account Management and Solution Sales teams.
Very hands on management role, you will not carry a personal number however will be involved in the sales process and supporting the sales team.
Involved in the recruitment process and increasing the size of the team and growing throughout the year.
This is the most important hire in the company right now and our client is looking to get someone on board to replace the Head of Sales who was promoted to Managing Director of EMEA over December / January.
