Enterprise Account Executive - Berlin, Germany.

Our Client seeks a full-time Enterprise Account Executive to join their team. This role came about through expansion and is with one of the hottest SaaS start-ups in the market!

The Role:

  • This role came about through expansion and is with one of the hottest SaaS start-ups in the market
  • 100% new business development selling to enterprise clients with employees of 500 - 10,000 and more
  • For this role, you need between 2 - 7 years of experience in selling complex enterprise solutions. This could be either cloud, SaaS or on-premise software.
  • Ideally, you will have experience with complex sales cycles and dealing with different stakeholders during the cycle. In this role, you will have to deal with 10+ departments before making the sale.
  • Challenger sales training would be a massive plus. If you don't have the formal training you need to at least understand challenger sales.
  • You will be joining an existing sales team of two reps, one BDR and the Sales Director
  • The solution is sold to different verticals markets
  • Pre-sales, Technical and Inside Sales support are available
  • For this role, you have to be based commutable to Berlin and you are required in the office regularly.
  • Some flexibility with home working is offered for when kids are sick, doctor's appointments etc.

  • 2nd sales and cognitive behavioural tests
  • 3rd interview with the sales director's boss
  • 4th interview with the CEO
