Director of Account Management

Our client is looking for a Director to join their scaling SaaS start-up backed by one of the leading Venture Capital investors.

The Company:

  • Current industry valuation at $870m due to double over the next 6 years.
  • This is a business that is scaling fast to meet the demand of their market.

The Role:

  • You will be joining their Senior Management team based out of their London office.
  • Your role will initially be a player/manager to lead a team of 5-7 Account Directors.
  • You will be involved at a strategic level with the retention and growth of their Enterprise accounts.
  • You will be seen as a thought leader with a growth mindset and lead by example.
  • Ideally, you will have 5-10 years minimum experience leading a team within Account Management function.
  • Experience managing a team effectively to achieve £10m in revenue targets.
  • Worked for a scaling startup, ideally supporting a company grow from Series A/B.
  • Used to the retention and growth of Enterprise accounts and the deal architecture.

The Interview Process:

  • 1st interview – screening call with the hiring manager
  • Next stage is a series of psychometric and personality tests
  • 2nd interview – meet with Senior Global VP in London office
  • Final stage – Panel interview in the head office
