Customer Success Manager

As a Customer Success Manager, this role involves working with existing clients and developing strong client relationships.

The Role:

 

Customer Success Manager | Advertising Technology SaaS Vendor | London

  • As a Customer Success Manager, this role involves working with existing clients and developing strong client relationships. 
  • This is a senior relationship management position and you will be responsible for driving results, client satisfaction and revenue retention. 
  • You will partner closely with the sales team to help achieve revenue retention and identify growth opportunities for each client.
  • To be a match for this role, you MUST have 3 - 5 years' within a similar role for a software (SaaS) vendor.
  • You will ideally have experience dealing with clients in the real estate sector. 
  • Based commutable to their office in central London.  
  • This is a great opportunity to be the first CSM in their London office, you will have the chance to potentially lead a team in the future. 

The Company: 

    • Their product is a advertising platform that is designed for Real Estate Agents to collect and analyse data. 
    • Series A funded, they have been funded by the same company who have invested in companies such as CurrencyCloud, NewVoiceMedia, DueDil, GoCardless, Workable, Unbabel, TripTease etc! 
    • They are working with tier 1 companies in their space. 
    • Stock options are included in the package for someone who joins at this level.

What you’ll get:  

  • Up to £60,000 basic salary with a £20,000 bonus structure in place and many other benefits.
