Customer Solution/Support Engineer (German speaking)

 

The role:

 

  • Support the customer service team once clients are onboarded for any technical issues
  • Manage and raise support tickets
  • Give excellent customer support and give the client's perspective a voice
  • Engage with the product and engineering teams to find best solution possible, but also the customer success team to deliver a win-win
  • Be a trouble solver always with the client's interest in mind

 

You will get trips to abroad a few times a year including 6/8 weeks training so the prospect of international travel from time to time should excite you. You'll be based in the new EMEA office in Amsterdam.

Your profile:

 

  • You MUST have 3 to 5 years experience in a customer or technical support role for a software company
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, and also in German. Note that fluency in Dutch isn't required.
  • A technical background, with knowledge of API and HTML, is a plus.
