Customer Success Manager | Zurich | 80,000 CHF 

The Role:

  • Customer Success Manager 
  • Managing existing accounts 
  • Responsible for retention and growth within the accounts 
  • Deliver customer training 
  • Conduct weekly, montly and annual meetings with clients remotely. 
  • To be successful you will have exposure in a sales environment. Ideally within the technology space but would consider a hospitality background. Must be fluent in both English and German.
