Account Manager - Enterprise

Our client has won several awards over the years and has a great reputation in the market, seeking an Account Manager to join their team!

The Role:

  • Enterprise security software vendor is looking for an Account Manager for their enterprise accounts.
  • You will be responsible for renewals, up-selling and cross-selling.
  • You will be given enterprise accounts (5000+ employees) to manage one year after they were taken on by the new business salespeople.
  • You will deal with C-level contacts and ensure client satisfaction.
  • For this role, you will need a technical understanding of security.
  • You will have experience managing enterprise clients within the security space.
  • This is a home based role and you can be based anywhere in Germany.

The Interview Process:

  • 1st phone interview with the VP for DACH
  • 2nd technical interview with the hiring manager
  • 3rd meeting in the office with the team
  • 4th presentation
