​The Role:

  • 100% new business development. You will pass the accounts to a customer success team, they are in charge of up-selling and cross-selling

  • The solution is sold cross vertically and you will be responsible for selling to companies from 10,000 employees and more. The software is sold per licence.

  • You will be selling to business as well as IT people

  • The average sales cycle is 6 - 12 months (but can be longer) and involves several stakeholders. Up to 10 meetings can be involved in the sales cycle.

  • Your revenue target will be roughly €1M+ for the first full year. Average deals are around €250k but can go up to €1M or more so you can potentially hit your target with closing one big deal.

  • For this role you need to be based commutable to Frankfurt. Initially you may be home based until the company sets up a co-working space.

  • The team in Germany currently consists of 1x Strategic AE and 1x SDR, soon a pre-sales will be on board on the ground as well as a Corporate AE who will focus on the mid-market.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 8 - 10 years complex SaaS solution sales

  • Experience with big ticket sales and long sales cycles

  • Fluency in German and English

  • €80,000 - €95,000 base salary, double uncapped OTE plus accelerators
