​Solutions Consultant

The Role:

  • Collaborate internally with sales teams to understand customer requirements, provide sales support and become a trusted advisor to all levels within the prospective customer organization - from CEOs, to Developers, to Learning & Development Directors.

  • You will form a very strong tag team with Sales, and operate with outstanding synchronisation to achieve closing business whilst serving our prospects with high quality service and expertise.

  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations that explain the companies product in the context of real usage in a real project.

  • Plan and configure products to meet presentation needs, as well as deliver on product demonstrations that highlight true value for customers.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • You will be based in London

  • You will have 2+ years experience in a similar pre-sales role at a SaaS vendor (ideally LMS or HR Tech)

  • Be instinctively process driven, and having unrivalled industry knowledge.

  • You will be a very strong team-player with excellent communication skills

  • Additional languages of German or French would be preferable but not essential
