Senior Engagement Manager

The Role:

  • You will be responsible for the post-sales, onboarding, and implementation of a global consumer goods brand that has revenues in excess of 50bn. 

  • You will be leading the project team, ensuring objections are met and driving projects.

  • You will be responsible for the integrations and the challenges around the deployment.

  • This is a client-facing role where you will be managing C Suite stakeholders within this global brand.

What you need to apply:

  • 5 years experience in an Implementation, Project Management, Senior Customer Success, Technical Account Manager or Post-Sales role for a SaaS company, preferably MarTech.

  • You will need to be technical as well as have client-facing experience.

Process:

  • 1st interview – screening call with the Talent team.

  • 2nd interview – video call with the Director of Professional Services.

  • 3rd interview - face to face meeting in the office with the team.

The package on offer: 

  • £70,000 basic salary plus £12,000 OTE as well as Stock Options, Fitness Allowance, Life and Health cover.
