Sales Operations Manager

The Role:

  • Sales Operations Manager role based in London.

  • As the 1st Sales Ops hire on the ground you will be responsible for building the function from scratch.

  • After closing some high-level Enterprise wins such as Tesla and HSBC their sales team is growing. You will be key in embedding the rigor and best practice for that growth.

  • In coordination with sales leadership, administer sales quotas, quota attainment, compensation plans, territory management, program rules, policies, and procedures.

  • Documenting and maintaining best practices, playbooks, operational workflow diagrams, and communicate those with the team.

  • Collaborating with various representatives of the Sales, Partnership Success, Marketing and management team to drive operational decisions and improvements in sales processes and translate those processes into an effective and scalable infrastructure.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 4+ years of Sales Operations experience within an SaaS organisation.

  • MUST be a Sales Ops Pro!

  • Knowledge of CRM technology is required, including validation rules, custom objects, automation features, field types, creating and managing sandbox environments, mass data manipulation and imports.

  • Agility and expert comfort with data formats, e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Sheets, is required.

  • Data and metrics driven, strong time management and self-discipline.

  • Highly organized, proactive, efficient and can navigate a fast-paced environment.
