The Role:

  • First hire in the DACH region - home based from anywhere in Germany

  • 100% new business development

  • They have a few opportunities in the pipeline that you can take over immediately

  • Target markets are telco, manufacturing, utilities, automotive

  • SE support will initially be provided

  • Average deal size is $150k - $250k with an average sales cycle length of 6 - 9 months

  • Previous "first on the ground" or start-up experience

What You’ll Get:

€90,000 - €110,000 base, double uncapped OTE
