The Role:

  • Home based role. 

  • To create, develop and deploy subject matter expert sales & resources, to help increase existing sales opportunities and the acceleration of new business development.

  • Work in conjunction with the sales teams to increase the sales of product and services vias Face2Face and virual meetings with key clients.

  • Provide pre sales assistance to sales team on missed opportunities or any that may have stalled. 

  • Update and maintain content related to the product portfolio in conjunction with product managers. 

  • Presenting feedback to the company to support marketing and sales activities. 

  • Representation of company at tradeshows and marketing events.  

  • Present webinars and technical briefings to support sales team to generate leads. 

  • Submitting product knowledge into documentation for presentations and assisting with tenders. 

  • Train and introduce new sales team members on the applications of the latest solutions. 

  • Keep sales team up to date with solutions portfolio, including partner products. 

  • Gain and maintain an understanding of competitors and inform sales team on how to gain positional competitive advantage.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous pre-sales experience as a career workforce management  professional (5+ years)

  • Experience in software selling by supporting fields sales and inside-sales teams with face to face and online meetings.

  • An individual with an enthusiastic presentation style.

  • A background in the UK & I WFM market – best practice experience & ability to apply knowledge to solution.

  • Knowledge of the current HCM market.

  • Experienced in creating sales enablement content and tools.

  • Used to working to deadlines and meeting demands in a high pressure environment.

  • Proven track record of delivering winning proposals and full tender responses. 

  • Full driving licence as regular client meetings is required.
