To create, develop and deploy subject matter expert sales & resources, to help increase existing sales opportunities and the acceleration of new business development.
Work in conjunction with the sales teams to increase the sales of product and services vias Face2Face and virual meetings with key clients.
Provide pre sales assistance to sales team on missed opportunities or any that may have stalled.
Update and maintain content related to the product portfolio in conjunction with product managers.
Presenting feedback to the company to support marketing and sales activities.
Representation of company at tradeshows and marketing events.
Present webinars and technical briefings to support sales team to generate leads.
Submitting product knowledge into documentation for presentations and assisting with tenders.
Train and introduce new sales team members on the applications of the latest solutions.
Keep sales team up to date with solutions portfolio, including partner products.
Gain and maintain an understanding of competitors and inform sales team on how to gain positional competitive advantage.
The Ideal Candidate:
Previous pre-sales experience as a career workforce management professional (5+ years)
Experience in software selling by supporting fields sales and inside-sales teams with face to face and online meetings.
An individual with an enthusiastic presentation style.
A background in the UK & I WFM market – best practice experience & ability to apply knowledge to solution.
Knowledge of the current HCM market.
Experienced in creating sales enablement content and tools.
Used to working to deadlines and meeting demands in a high pressure environment.
Proven track record of delivering winning proposals and full tender responses.
Full driving licence as regular client meetings is required.
