Implementation Consultant

Opportunity for an enthusiastic Implementation Consultant to join a world-leading software technology business located in Manchester.

Key Responsibilities:

•Become a trusted advisor to customers by mastering all products and features
•Apply your product knowledge and customer facing skills to determine the design and build of the solution to some of the world’s biggest brands
•Provide a five star implementation experience
•Manage your delivery, meeting tight deadlines on multiple projects – simultaneously at times
•Implement solutions that address real use cases and business needs in an efficient manner
•Train and enable customers and partners to implement technical solutions that promote full utilisation of solutions
•Arrange and conduct customer meetings to map key in-app process flows and document findings for presenting back recommendations
•Work with colleagues from QA, Development, Technical Support and Product to advocate for the customer and drive continual improvement

Core Competences:

•At least 2 years experience working in a technology based Professional Services environment – SaaS experience an advantage
•Planning and holding technical workshops
•Knowledge of HTML, CSS and jQuery
•Confident phone manner when dealing with technical teams
•Use to working with remote implementation tools
•Strong verbal and written communication skills
•A desire to see tasks through to conclusion and willingness to deal with obstacles head on
•Good knowledge of IT system and online applications
