​ Head of Sales – Construction Software

The Role:

  • To support the sales team in selling our clients cloud-based software and associated services to the construction sector with a primary focus on contractors and developers in construction projects

  • Responsible for building, developing and driving sales from the team

  • Managing a team of around 8-10 sales professionals across the UK, Middle East and Australia

  • This will be a 100% management role where you will be responsible for hitting the team target

  • You will need to be able to manage the lead generation function (SDR and Marketing) to drive the business forward

  • London based sales role covering the UK and Ireland.

The Company:

  • VC backed scale-up provider of a SaaS platform for the Construction industry

  • They have hired a proven CEO to build the structure, systems and processes to allow them to scale the operation at pace over the next couple of years

  • They have many household names in their client list including Taylor Wimpey, Wates, Sir Alfred McAlpine plus many more

  • Excellent commission structure where you can earn over double on your OTE. You will get 10% of each and every deal

  • The platform is one of the fasted to transfer data in the industry

  • The software is tailored to the customers need so not just sold off the shelf.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Strong leadership experience

  • Sold into the Construction sector

  • Grown or built sales teams and businesses

  • Successfully worked for a software business

  • Ability to control lead generation (SDR and Marketing)

  • Track record of motivating, developing and driving a sales team to hit targets

What You’ll Get:

  • £100k-£125k Basic with an attractive OTE
