The Role:

  • You will act as a COO and form a new company to sell the SaaS solution online

  • Define the strategy for the product - target market is lawyers across the globe

  • Define the commercial strategy to sell the product online and implement this strategy

  • Come up with the pricing strategy (the founder has suggested the product should cost between €50 and €120 monthly)

  • The service to be sold online is the automation of the production of contracts

  • Within the first 12 months you should have generated a number of clients who bought the solution online

  • They currently sell to lawyers directly so you will kick-off the online selling business (compare this to Dropbox or Slack which can be bought online)

  • You will be based in London but initially remotely as there isn't an office yet.

  • Legal SaaS start-up developing and commercialising a platform to robotise contracts.

  • They are offering a product with an exclusive advantage: they are the only robotising system that a lawyer can use without any training/ coding skills. It's extremely easy to use.

  • They are currently the only company that offers this type of service - no competition in the market yet

  • Their solution is powerful and can manage complex contractual situations

  • The market potential is huge. You will target lawyers on a global scale.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 5 - 10 years digital marketing experience

  • SEO, social network experience

  • Experience selling services online

  • Entrepreneurial
