You will act as a COO and form a new company to sell the SaaS solution online
Define the strategy for the product - target market is lawyers across the globe
Define the commercial strategy to sell the product online and implement this strategy
Come up with the pricing strategy (the founder has suggested the product should cost between €50 and €120 monthly)
The service to be sold online is the automation of the production of contracts
Within the first 12 months you should have generated a number of clients who bought the solution online
They currently sell to lawyers directly so you will kick-off the online selling business (compare this to Dropbox or Slack which can be bought online)
You will be based in London but initially remotely as there isn't an office yet.
Legal SaaS start-up developing and commercialising a platform to robotise contracts.
They are offering a product with an exclusive advantage: they are the only robotising system that a lawyer can use without any training/ coding skills. It's extremely easy to use.
They are currently the only company that offers this type of service - no competition in the market yet
Their solution is powerful and can manage complex contractual situations
The market potential is huge. You will target lawyers on a global scale.
The Ideal Candidate:
5 - 10 years digital marketing experience
SEO, social network experience
Experience selling services online
