100% new business development. You will pass the accounts to a customer success team, they are in charge of up-selling and cross-selling
The solution is sold cross vertically and you will be responsible for selling to companies with up to 10,000 employees. The software is sold per licence.
You will be selling to business as well as IT people
The average sales cycle is 3 - 6 months and involves several stakeholders. Up to 10 meetings can be involved in the sales cycle.
If you do well in this role you will progress to Strategic Account Executive (selling to companies from 10,000 employees upwards).
Your revenue target will be roughly €600k for the first full year. Average deals are around €50k - €60k but can go up to €150k.
For this role you need to be based commutable to Frankfurt. Initially you may be home based until the company sets up a co-working space.
The team in Germany currently consists of 1x Strategic AE and 1x SDR, soon a pre-sales will be on board on the ground too.
