​The Role:

  • 100% new business development. You will pass the accounts to a customer success team, they are in charge of up-selling and cross-selling

  • The solution is sold cross vertically and you will be responsible for selling to companies with up to 10,000 employees. The software is sold per licence.

  • You will be selling to business as well as IT people

  • The average sales cycle is 3 - 6 months and involves several stakeholders. Up to 10 meetings can be involved in the sales cycle.

  • If you do well in this role you will progress to Strategic Account Executive (selling to companies from 10,000 employees upwards).

  • Your revenue target will be roughly €600k for the first full year. Average deals are around €50k - €60k but can go up to €150k.

  • For this role you need to be based commutable to Frankfurt. Initially you may be home based until the company sets up a co-working space.

  • The team in Germany currently consists of 1x Strategic AE and 1x SDR, soon a pre-sales will be on board on the ground too.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 3 - 5 years complex SaaS solution sales

  • New Business focused

  • Fluency in German and English
