​The Role:

  • Manage the existing partners - they have 5 partners so far

  • They also have a healthy pipeline of around 50 partners in Europe - you will go after them and try to close them

  • You will be in charge of identifying new partners too

  • Partners to target will be multi-national SIs, Resellers, Data Consulting companies

  • Your target will be a combination of revenue generated through partners and other targets such as number of partners signed, new pipeline of partners generated. It will be an achievable target!

  • This role can be based in or around London, Munich or Frankfurt (you need access to an international airport)

  • Expect to do some travelling around Europe (mostly)

The Company:

  • Enterprise SaaS Data Analytics and AI company

  • Launched a new AI/ ML product two years ago and since then doubled their revenue and tripled their customer base

  • Offices in EMEA and US

  • Profitable and solid company

  • Received $40m in funding so far

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 5 - 10 years in channel/ partner management

  • Experience with complex enterprise software solutions (multi-million deals)

  • Experience working with various types of partners including multi-national SIs, resellers, etc. Worked with partners such as NTT Data, CapGemini, IB<

  • Basic understanding of the data/ big data market/industry

What You’ll Get:

  • Up to £140k - £150k OTE 60/40 or 70/30 split between base and variable

  • This is a contracted position as this company doesn't have a legal entity in the UK yet. However, they are looking to get someone on board on a long-term basis.


  • 1st zoom call with the hiring manager

  • 2nd zoom call with the VP Sales

  • 3rd HR interview

  • 4th CEO including a presentation
