​The Role:

  • Business Development Professional.

  • 100% New Business Role.

  • Targetting a specific vertical depending on your background.

  • Idenitfying leads and securing new clients that fit the ideal client profile.

  • Build your pipeline to deliver against targets and ensure KPI’s are met.

  • Build interanal relationships with with Account Directors and Sales Account Managers in order to identify, nurture and close opportunites for the solutions lines of business.

  • To build and maintain knowledge of the core challenges and opportunites within the vertical markets. 

The Company:

  • £30M Turnover last year, aiming to hit £50M within 3 years. 

  • Clients include: Capgemini, VW, RBS and Fujitsu.

  • 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays).

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience selling Professional Services solutions - ideally under a managed service arrangement.

  • Track record of successfully selling in a new business role. 

  • An demonstrable abilty to grow a pipeline of opportunity and translate that pipeline into sales to exceed targets. 

  • Strong negotiation and problem solving skills. 

  • High level of motivation to achieve long-term success by providing high levels of service to client base.

What You’ll Get:

  • Base: £80,000-£100,000, OTE: 60-80%
