​SaaS Organisation – Central London – Up to £50,000 per annum & benefits.

We are looking for a 3rd Line Application support Engineer to join an expanding software house to support their bespoke application. You will sit between the support and development team and will be required to write and read code to solve customer issues. You must have some a proven track record of writing code in a recent role to be successful with your application.

This is an exciting opportunity to join an expanding and prestigious SaaS organisation and receive full training in their intuitive and complex software solution. You will receive a structured progression plan and gain a variety of technical skills in this diverse role.

Key skills:

  • Bespoke Application Support

  • Experience of Mobile apps / API’s

  • Writing code (ideally in JavaScript or Ruby)

  • Excellent Customer Service

  • Ideally client facing support

  • Working to SLA’s
