PAS is a leading provider of software solutions for process safety, cyber security, and asset reliability to the energy, process, and power industries worldwide.

PAS were looking for senior sales hires in Middle East and APAC. Australia and Singapore were two areas particularly whereby networks were slim, and bespoke retained search work needed to be completed.

The Solution

Following on from early success in Germany and Netherlands, retained search assignments were carried out in order to find PAS’ new VP of sales APAC and Sales Director Middle East.

Working on a retained basis ensured PAS had high confidentiality in brand protection, as well as access to up to-date relevant market intelligence on their brand perception, at no extra cost.
