The Challenge

Orchestra Networks software solution helps organizations manage their most important data; EBX allows users to manage, govern and share any and all data assets, including master data, reference data and metadata.

With their HQ in France, the EMEA region is a critical territory for expansion for Orchestra Networks and Finlay James was tasked with filling two Pre-sales roles in France and one Pre-sales role in the UK; Which was a business-critical hire, being the first of it's kind and supporting the only Salesperson in the UK.

The Solution

By engaging in extensive communication with the Pre-sales Manager and General Manager - South EMEA, Finlay James was able to gain a thorough understanding of Orchestra’s requirements and went on to devise a strategic territory-specific approach to the searches. 

By using FJ's Exclusive service, Orchestra Networks were provided with a multi-layered service; Including the headhunting of passive candidates. This resulted in the acquisition of the best people for the role, as opposed to the best people on the market 'right now'. 

The Outcome

Through three dedicated recruiters, we provided Orchestra Networks with their first Pre-sales hire on the ground in the UK, as well as two Pre-sales Consultants for their French HQ.
