Following a round of funding, AppLearn had three roles to further expand their UK team based in Manchester.

The two sales roles, and one presales role signified an important period of growth for the company and as such, wanted to work with a specialist in IT sales recruitment with a presence in Manchester.

Finlay James was chosen a partner of choice to assist AppLearn with filling these roles after a tender process involving a number of other recruitment companies.

We understood the importance of these new positions at AppLearn and the need to work quickly and efficiently to find the best people to introduce.

Finlay James began by meeting with AppLearn so that we could fully understand the roles and what they would involve, as well as getting a deeper understanding of the company, the culture, and the kind of people that they were looking for.

As part of the process, two dedicated recruitment consultants were assigned to AppLearn for the different disciplines and searches required.

Finlay James successfully placed all three roles at AppLearn with the first starting just 2 months after the initial meeting.
