Finlay James launches new Digital Division

Finlay James has launched a new Digital Division which will extend its executive search service into the marketing, advertising and media professions.

The consultancy already places sales professionals with many of the most exciting digital enterprises operating globally, but by creating this new division the business will also be able to fulfill demand for professionals working in related roles. 

Senior Finlay James consultant Susie Barrow will head up the new international division from an operational base in Manchester, UK. A highly experienced sales and digital recruitment expert, Susie has also previously worked with several organisations within the UK’s media industry while employed by Northwest Vision and Media.

Susie said: “Clients in this sector have been knocking on our door asking us to supply these services for some time now as they are aware of work we have done in the sector with sales professionals. It is incredibly exciting that we are now fully committing our resources to the sector. It is an industry I love working in and by focusing our specialist skills and practices on the sector it can only mean that there will now be even more opportunities for our candidates and more strong candidates for our clients.”
