New Business Sales Manager/ IT Security Solutions / Reseller
LOCATION: Maidenhead, High Wycombe, Reading, Newbury, Basingstoke, Slough
SALARY & BENEFITS: £30k Basic Salary £45k OTE.
My client is amongst the top names in IT security. Their solutions are provided to a vareity of verticals, including big names in the financial, government and many of the FTSE 100 names. They are listed on a number of stock exchanges and have been growing well since 2008. Established for over 20 years, they look to increase the internal sales team with an internal team leader.
In this new business role you will be targeted on managing a team of internal account managers, bringing in half a million GBP, with average order values of £5k-£45k. In this internal role you will be acting as a role model for the Internal Sales team, and be the main point of contact for any issues or queries as well as fully performing the duties of an account manager. You will provide administrative support to allocated external sales team members in order to help them meet and exceed targets. You will liaise with key stakeholders on behalf of AMs to ensure smooth running of the sales cycle.
CANDIDATE SKILLS REQUIRED:
Proven Track Record in IT security.
Proven Track Record in Management [2-3 years]
Stable career and proven track record in sales.
