ROLE INFORMATION:
Our client is a VC Funded American Start up specializing in consultancy services and professional services. With last year's annual turnover at $40million, they expanded at a rate of 20% last year with an expected 50% growth this year. Due to their continued success they are currently looking for a business development director to join the team. The role has come about through pure growth, candidates will be responsible for generating new business on a win and retain basis targeting private sector clients in the FTSE 250 sectors. Reporting in to the SD and joining a growing team of 6 sales people, this is an excellent opportunity to join a multi-national company in consistent growth mode.
CANDIDATE SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Proven track record of new business sales
- Experience in selling services
- A demonstrable track record of achievement against, minimum of 4 - 8 years IT sales experience.
CANDIDATE SKILLS BENEFICIAL:
- Degree Educated
- Sold consultancy services/ application development/software development
- Self Starter, Self Motivated, Smart, Polished, Articulate and Confident.
- Job stability and a proven track record in new business sales.
