Our client a market leader in the HR Software sector, a VC Backed American Startup is rapidly expanding in the UK and Europe and has been established for over 15 years in America. Due to their continued success they are currently looking for a channel manager to join the team.
You must extensive contacts in the channel throughout the UK and Europe working with Systems Integrators and smaller companies. You must have experience managing and recruiting channel partners and a small amount of direct touch with the end user will be involved in the role. You must have a demonstrable track record of over-achievement against target and be comfortable with negotiating across the board up to C-Levels. My client is looking for money driven individuals with a demonstrable desire to ‘break down doors’ in a consistently growing corporate market.
Candidates should have experience selling HR Related software in a Channel model operating on a Pan European level .
