An exciting sales management opportunity has arisen with my client a well known and respected provider of Document Management solutions nationally. This cash rich organisation are now looking for a Sales Manager to coach and manage a team of 6, help create revenue from key accounts and potential clients. This role is a mix between key account management and developing strategies with your team by understanding a full sales cycle from the initial introduction, arranging meetings, assisting in tenders/proposals through to full roll out and post sales.
The successful candidate will have a hands on approach when managing and coaching a team, as well as a strong document management background. You must have strong experience of managing a team, understand document management or similar solutions and be a proven salesperson.
IN SUMMARY, YOU MUST BE A PROVEN LEADER AND BE ABLE TO MANAGE AND COACH A TEAM, WITH EXPERIENCE OF SELLING DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT OR SIMILAR SOLUTIONS.
